From the moment we stepped into the store and met Nicole, to Stashia, our sales rep, and to Brett and Chad, our installers, they all went far above our expectations. Nicole was ready to show the latest style in vertical blinds (Norman Blinds) that looked like drapery but functioned like vertical blinds, I was beyond amazed on home much they looked like drapes, but were not! Then Stashia came to our home to show us the styles and color choices; she took her time and answered all our questions. Most importantly, she put our order together in a way that saved us the most money! And then, finally, install day, yay! Brett and Chad showed up, and within roughly 2 hours or so, all 7 regular blinds and 3 sets of Norman Blinds were up! They were very professional and made sure they left no trace. We are very pleased with how they look in our home! Thank you!
